1. Overview
All Auto And Truck Parts Inc offers a 30 to 60-day limited parts warranty on used auto and truck parts, engines, and transmissions, beginning on the confirmed date of delivery. This warranty covers the part only — labor, installation, diagnostic, towing, rental, or any incidental charges are not covered under any circumstance.
By purchasing from All Auto And Truck Parts Inc, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Warranty Eligibility
- The part must be installed within 10 calendar days of delivery for the warranty to remain valid. Parts installed after this window are not eligible for warranty coverage.
- Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable to a subsequent owner or vehicle.
- A written inspection or diagnostic report from an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certified mechanic is required to support any warranty claim.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty is void under any of the following conditions:
- The part has been tampered with, disassembled, or modified.
- The part was improperly installed or installed by an unlicensed/unqualified technician.
- The part was used outside of the manufacturer's specifications (racing, off-road, commercial/fleet use beyond rated capacity, towing beyond rating, etc.).
- Damage resulted from collision, flooding, fire, weather, or improper post-delivery storage.
- The required liftgate fee (see Shipping Policy) was not paid, where applicable.
- No diagnostic or inspection report was provided at the time of claim.
4. Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a claim, contact us at allautoandtruckpartsinc.ca@gmail.com or call 1-877-314-1621 with the following:
- Invoice/order number and vehicle details (year, make, model, VIN)
- A written inspection or diagnostic report from a certified mechanic
- Photo or video evidence of the issue, where applicable
Do not remove, disassemble, or discard a part suspected to be defective before your claim has been reviewed. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement part or refund in accordance with this policy, minus any non-refundable charges outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Installation Requirement
Parts must be installed within 10 calendar days of delivery. This requirement exists because used mechanical components can be affected by storage conditions and delayed installation makes it difficult to verify that a failure is due to a manufacturing or part defect rather than improper handling, storage, or an unrelated issue. Failure to install within this window voids the warranty.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the part or the cost of a replacement part, whichever is less. We are not liable for labor, diagnostic fees, towing, rental, storage, downtime, or any other incidental or consequential costs connected to a part's failure or replacement.
7. Part-Specific Warranty Terms
Because used auto and truck parts vary widely by component, the following part-specific terms apply in addition to the general warranty terms above. If a part is not listed below, the general warranty terms apply.
Antenna
Sold as a unit; the mounting hardware is not covered under warranty.
Axle Assembly
Sold hub to hub. Bushings, bearings, and sensors are not guaranteed. Backing plates are sold separately and are not warrantied. If the assembly fails to shift gears or develops a leak, we will replace the unit as a whole.
Axle Shaft
Sold without bearings and bushings. If included, these components are not covered under warranty.
Axle Beam
Sold to the correct measurement. If a mismatch in length results from customer modification, a 30% restocking fee applies to any return.
Air Cleaner Box/Housing
Sold as housing only; hose or tube attachments are not covered.
Anti-Lock Brake Parts
Most units are sold as a complete assembly; on select vehicles, the pump, module, master cylinder, and booster are sold separately.
A/C Compressor
The compressor and clutch may or may not be sold together; the clutch itself is not warrantied.
Back Glass
Classified as fragile; shipped only to neighboring states.
Body Parts
Cosmetic condition reflects the vehicle's age; mint condition should not be expected. Color/shade matching is not guaranteed and is not grounds for return. Body parts are sold without hardware unless specifically requested and confirmed. Hinges are not covered under warranty. All body parts are sold following customer photo approval.
Bell Housing
Sold to exact vehicle specification. If sold with a transmission, it is not separately guaranteed.
Short Blocks
Sold as rebuildable units only.
Carburetor
Sold as a rebuildable unit only.
Electrical Parts / CD Player-Radio
Sold without wiring harness.
Cylinder Head
May require re-machining, new cams, valves, or rings. Warranty covers only cracking or warping of the head itself.
Differential
Sold with the exact gear ratio specified; chunk only.
Doors
Sold as shell only. Panel, regulator, and railings sold separately. Interior trim is not matched. Side mirrors are not included and are not warrantied with the door.
Drive Shaft
Sold to weld-to-weld measurement provided by the customer. U-joint, slip yoke, and center bearing are not warrantied.
Modules/Computers
Confirmed as the correct part number; carry a one-time replacement warranty. May require dealer or ASE-certified reprogramming. Returns without documented proof of defect are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Exhaust Manifold
Catalytic converter included only if integrated with the manifold.
Engine
Sold as an assembly including manifolds, timing cover, belts, oil pan, fuel injectors/carburetor, gaskets, and accessories. Warranty covers the long block only. Accessories (turbo, water pump, manifolds, timing components, belts, oil pan, fuel system, gaskets, hoses) should be replaced as needed for optimal performance and are not separately warrantied.
Fuel Pump
Sold as a complete unit.
Fuel Tank
Sold as-is without pump or sending unit; free of cracks or damage at time of sale.
Grille
Sold based on vehicle application; emblem not guaranteed.
Header Panel
Sold bare; lights, fog lamps, and turn signals not included. Grille sold separately.
Headlights
Sold without bulbs; bezel damage not covered. HID headlights include the complete assembly (bulbs, ballast, module, igniter).
Heater Controls
Sold per customer specification; unlabeled buttons are not grounds for return unless the unit is defective.
Ignition Switch
Sold without wiring harness or key.
Instrument Cluster
Sold per vehicle specification. Mileage displayed is not warrantied. Some vehicles require reprogramming.
Side View Mirrors
Sold per customer specification; color/shade matching not provided.
Rear View Mirror
Basic mirrors only; does not include garage-door/gate remote functions.
Oil Pan
Sold per customer-confirmed specification.
Quarter Panel
Requires exact cut-sheet measurements confirmed by the customer prior to shipment.
Steering Rack and Pinion
Sold per specification; tie rod not warrantied.
Radiator/Condenser Cooling Fan Assembly & Radiator Fan
Sold separately from the radiator or condenser; fan motor not covered if defective.
Roof
Sold as a standard shell; sunroof, motor, and glass sold separately. Sold as-is, no returns.
Spindle/Knuckles
Hub and bearing not warrantied.
Spoiler (Front/Rear)
Front sold without hardware; rear sold without lights or reflectors.
Stabilizer Bar
Sold to confirmed measurement.
Steering Column
Includes column switch and key; steering wheel and intermediate shaft not warrantied.
Steering Knuckle
May show surface rust.
Steering Pump
Confirmed functional at installation; pulley, brackets, hoses, and sensors not warrantied.
Strut
Sold as-is with spring.
Sunroof Motor
Sold without railing; replaced if defective.
Tail Light
Bezel, if included, is not warrantied.
Tailgate/Trunk Lid
Sold without lock mechanism, hardware, or hinges.
Torque Converter
For automatic transmissions only; does not include flywheel.
Transfer Case
Sold as a complete, non-bent-flange unit; U-joints, rubber joints, and sensors not warrantied.
Transmission
Guaranteed to shift gears with functional bearings. Oil pan/filter, seals, and gaskets should be replaced prior to installation; cooler lines flushed. Manual transmissions require a new clutch, pressure plate, and slave cylinder; flywheel must be resurfaced before installation.
Turn Signal
Bulb, bezel, and chrome trim not included/warrantied.
Window Motor and Regulator
Sold as separate components.
Wheels
Sold per specification without wheel cover/cap; surface rust reflects vehicle age.
Window Switch
Sold as a complete unit; not sold for individual door commands.
Windshield Wiper Motor
Sold without wiper arms; replaced if the motor itself is defective.
